Journey to the Real Estate Riches with no money in hand - Join me!
Hi all, Well this is my first blog, and as the title implies, obviously i'm gonna share experience & also invite more experienced gurus out there to help us start a journey into the realm of "Real Estate Investment".
This blog will be dedicated to investing with very little or no money at all in the real estate.
I still remember my first real estate investment was a small condominium bought at $90k with down payment of $10k. On top of that, legal fees & such cost me another $4k.
It was a lot of money for me & it took me 5 yeas of frugal life style to accumulate the money.
Then one day, i attended a small 1-session real estate investment seminar, it changed my life, and i have learned that we can actually begin our real estate investment with little or no down payment at all.
When i first get to know this technique i was both excited and doubtful if it really works. Then after some time of persistent work of research, i found my first zero down payment investment in year 2002.
The beauty of the zero down technique is that not only you can acquire the property with no cash in hand, in some occasions, you can even own the real estate property plus some extra money into our pocket!!! It's true. I didn't believed it until i actually did it myself.
I have benefited so much thanks to this technique and i am going to share with the world my experience through this blog.
